What happens onsite

1. Inspect and clear debris

The turf, access, pet-use areas, drainage, infill, seams, edges, and visible damage are reviewed. Ordinary loose surface debris is removed before mechanical work or treatment begins.

2. Power broom and groom

Healthy turf fibers are lifted and existing infill is redistributed where appropriate. Grooming also exposes embedded debris and areas that need closer review.

3. Clean, sanitize, and deodorize

Cleaning and deodorizing treatment is applied after debris removal and grooming so it reaches the prepared surface instead of being sprayed over compacted material.

4. Review infill and repair needs

Silica sand, WonderFill, zeolite, repairs, contaminated-infill work, and drainage correction are outside the standard cleaning price. Any recommended work is explained and priced before it proceeds.

We review your address, turf size, property details, and requested service, then contact you to confirm the final price and service date. No optional work is added without your approval.
