Website information
Website content is general information and may be updated. Service availability, scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed for each property.
Instant residential price
The displayed residential cleaning price is based on customer-provided square footage. Turf Refresh Co. may confirm measurements and condition before scheduling. If the actual service area differs, the corrected price is disclosed for approval before work begins.
Additional work
Repairs, added infill, excessive waste removal, drainage correction, contaminated infill replacement, and other work outside the standard cleaning scope are quoted separately and require approval.
Electronic service requests
Submitting a signed request authorizes review of the requested cleaning but does not create a confirmed appointment. Turf Refresh Co. contacts the customer to confirm property information, final price, and service date.
