When you request service or use website chat, we may collect your name, phone, email, service address, turf square footage, pet information, notes, preferred contact method, chat messages, calculated price, signed agreement, and submission time.
How we use it
We use submitted information to answer chat questions, review the property, contact you, confirm pricing, schedule service, maintain business records, and improve the website and service process. We do not publish customer submissions, chat messages, or electronic signatures.
Service providers
Information may be processed by website hosting, customer relationship management and live-chat providers, email, SMS, analytics, and other vendors used to operate the business. Loading or using chat may share ordinary device, browser, and network information with the chat provider. We use those providers only for legitimate business functions.
