Maintenance needs along the Wasatch Front
Artificial turf in the Salt Lake Valley can encounter dry summer dust, irrigation residue, pollen, leaves, pets, snow, winter moisture, and freeze-thaw cycles. Cleaning and grooming should follow the installed system, current condition, use, drainage, and weather.
What professional service may include
A standard scope may include ordinary surface-debris removal, power brooming and fiber grooming, cleaning, targeted deodorizing, and observation of infill, drainage, seams, edges, low spots, and visible damage. Added infill, repair work, contaminated-infill removal, and drainage correction require separate review and approval.
Existing turf only—not installation advice
Artificial-turf installation rules vary by municipality, zoning district, yard location, and property type. Turf Refresh Co. does not represent that a new installation is permitted. Property owners should confirm current requirements with the applicable city before installing or replacing a surface.
Provider-coordinated scheduling
Salt Lake City Metro requests are reviewed before scheduling. Submitting or paying an invoice does not guarantee a particular provider or appointment time; Turf Refresh Co. confirms local fulfillment and the service date separately.
